Dame Angela Brigid Lansbury better known as Angela Lansbury was an Irish-British and American actress and singer. The prominent actress was born in Reagent’s Park in London, England on October 16, 1925. Angela Lansbury was known to have played several roles in film, theatre and television shows. When Olivia de Havilland passed away in July 2020, Lansbury became the first living nominee for an Academy Award and one of the final Hollywood movie icons from the Golden Age. Angela Lansbury started his acting career in the early 1940s and she starred in movies in including The Harvey girls, if winter comes, State of the Union, till the clouds roll by, remains to be seen, Samson and Delilah among others.
Angela passed away on October 11, 2022, at the age of 96 years, five days before her 97th birthday.
